Shipping cost for Outside Italy orders is different and depends on destination and weight. Shipping fee will be communicated after an operator had calculated the right cost, you will never pay hidden fees.

Expected delivery starts when every product ordered is prompt delivery (Street Fighters ships in one solution). Extremely urgent parts can be shipped separately on demand, we will ask new shipping fee for every delivery, but we will never charge without your authorization.
Express Courier is a Street Fighters external company whose job is to deliver as fast as possible without any previous communication or phone call. Courier will leave a notice if none is present, and deliver again for the two next business days.

To return first contact us by e-mail, fax (+39 0432284538) or a recorded-delivery service, we will provide you a RMA number (Return Material Authorization) to use for returning parts, then ship products to Street Fighters - via Pradamano, 99 - 33100 Udine - Italy, insert a copy of the original invoice, a letter where you declare the parts you want to return, your bank account coordinates (only for bank transfer advance payment)
Street Fighters will refund within 30 business days the date of arrival to our warehouse the whole amount of the products except shipping costs and any import or export custom duties. If the purchase is part of a promotion where one or more items are given away as part of the primary products or sold at a special price, return items should be the whole promotion items; if the promotion purchase is composed by some products (for example a pair of tires), return items should be the whole promotion items as well.
We will not accept returns not authorized by a RMA number, COD return shipping, or at consignee's expense.
